Max Velocity

The six week program will begin by testing the athletes in:
• 40 yard dash
• 20 yard shuttle run
• 4 cone star drill
• Broad jump

Program and testing will be adjusted according to athletes sport. Each 3-day week will consist of the following:

Day 1 - Straight ahead speed & acceleration (linear speed)
Day 2 - Lateral speed and agility
Day 3 - Power and leg drive / competition drills

Each drill’s purpose and progression are
safe and effective. The athletes will feel
themselves becoming faster, quicker and
lighter on their feet. Weekly competition
drills are guaranteed to amp up any athlete
and to keep them sharp for the upcoming
season. Smaller sessions or one on one
sessions promote a more individualized
setting ensuring maximum results with 10
or less athletes per session. A calculated
progression for each individual athlete will be developed.

• Testing will be performed at the end of the 6 weeks.
